Comprehensive Treatment Programs

Outpatient
Program (OP)

Our outpatient program allows individuals to schedule their treatment around their personal and professional life. Thus, individuals needing treatment or ongoing support during recovery from drug or alcohol addiction don’t have undue pressures put on their time and finances. In outpatient substance abuse treatment. individuals can continue to work, attend school, and be present with their family and friends while getting the help they need to heal.

What's Included:

Intensive Outpatient
Program (IOP)

A psychiatric intensive outpatient program is designed to provide behavioral, psychological, and social support therapies to patients. A dual diagnosis intensive outpatient program is for patients who have problems with both drug and/or alcohol dependency and mental health issues. Recent studies confirm that for relapse prevention training, the group approach is just as effective as one-on-one therapy.

In our IOP, group therapy is an important feature, allowing adults to share their struggles with mental health concerns with others who can relate. Group therapy provides the opportunity for adults to learn and practice communication skills, coping skills, emotion regulation, and goal setting. Adults can expect to participate in therapy sessions Monday–Thursday for three hours each day.

Along with group therapy, our IOP offers services such as individual therapy and medication management. The length of stay in our IOP can range from a few weeks to a few months, depending on each client’s unique concerns and goals.

Program Features:

Outpatient Mental Health
Center (OMHC)

Depression and anxiety are exacerbated by unresolved trauma and unhealthy coping mechanisms such as drug and alcohol use. Substance abuse often goes hand in hand with other mental health issues such as depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety disorders, panic attacks, PTSD, and other related disorders. This is known as “co-occurring” or is sometimes referred to as “dual diagnosis.” Our experienced therapists help reveal the underlying causes of your mental health challenges and develop a treatment plan tailored to address these
